Educational Qualification and Marks Requirement

Candidates must possess the relevant full-time engineering degree from a recognized university or institution. For DM01, DM02, and DM03, candidates should have secured minimum 60% marks. For DM04 and DM05, candidates should have secured minimum 50% marks.

Pay Scale and Tenure

Selected candidates will be engaged initially for a period of 5 years, which may be extended based on project requirement and performance. The pay scale is ₹60,000 – 3% – 1,80,000. In addition to basic pay, allowances such as DA, HRA, perquisites, PRP, group insurance, medical facilities, and provident fund are admissible as per company rules.

The application fee is ₹472 (₹400 + 18% GST) for General / EWS / OBC candidates. SC / ST / PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee. The fee has to be paid through SBI Collect, and once paid, it will not be refunded.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of a written test followed by an interview. Candidates will be shortlisted for interview in the ratio of 1:7 based on merit in the written test in each category.

The written test consists of objective-type questions for 85 marks from the technical domain and questions on general aptitude. Minimum qualifying marks are 35% for UR / OBC(NCL) / EWS and 30% for SC / ST candidates, subject to the conditions mentioned in the notification.
