Educational Qualification: Any Graduate.

Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in Government departments, PSUs, or Central / State Government instrumentalities.

Scale of Pay at Superannuation:

  • CDA Scale: ₹47,600–1,51,100 (Level 8) or above
  • IDA Scale: ₹40,000–1,40,000 (E1) or above

Job Profile

The selected candidate will be expected to work in coordination and secretarial-support areas. The main responsibilities include:

  • Handling secretarial practices and administrative work
  • Supporting inter-departmental communication and follow-up
  • Organizing inter-agency meetings and preparing background notes
  • Maintaining minutes of discussions and documentation of stakeholder engagements
  • Preparing and drafting ministerial communications
  • Supporting issue resolution through coordination across administrative levels
