Educational Qualification

Essential qualification: MBA with specialization in Personnel Management / HR, or Master of Industrial Relation & Personnel Management, or Master of Personnel Management, or Master of Social Work (MSW), or Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relation / Human Resource Development from a UGC-recognized institution.

Experience Requirement

Candidates with MBA / MIRPM / MPM / MSW should have a minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience, including 2 years in the scale of ₹22,500–80,000 (IDA) or equivalent. Diploma holders should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, including 3 years in the same pay scale or equivalent.

The experience should be in the field of Personnel & Administration / Human Resource Management in a reputed Central Government / State Government / PSU / private sector organization. For private sector candidates, the minimum required CTC condition mentioned in the notification should also be satisfied.
