Educational Qualification

The candidate should possess MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / PGDM / PGDHRM or equivalent in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / MHROD, or MBA with specialization in HR / Personnel Management.

For candidates from Central/State Government, PSU, or autonomous organizations, the prescribed scale-equivalence condition mentioned in the advertisement must also be fulfilled. For candidates from private sector or other organizations, the last organization should reflect a minimum annual CTC of ₹44.32 lakh on the closing date.

Marks Requirement

UR/EWS candidates and reserved category candidates applying against unreserved posts should have minimum 60% marks / first class in the minimum qualification. Reserved category candidates applying against reserved criteria should have at least 50% marks, as applicable under the notification rules.
